Good job bhai... Awesome jugaad. But reqd rpm is too high. Agar low rpm per bhi output theek ho to kuch use bhi bann sakta hai. Kya kehte ho?

It should be low rpm 12 v generator . You are using drill machine so at high rpm you will get 12 v this limits its use as generator for project any way nice attempt

All thats needed is right gear ratio to greatly improve this design but you can only do so well without parallel motors Speed dictates the voltage, Amps is dictated by thickness, length and resistance of coil vs magnetic field strength

No it would. But if you add a hall effect sensor which gives power to all 3 in a sequencial manner. Then yes, it would work like a motor

Hi great job but why did you put the iron in the middle? Doesn't it cancel the magnetic field between the two rotor magnets?

No it wouldn't. Even though the air core is better. Iron core creates repulsive forces which create drag (repulsive forces) while rotating. But i think the magnets arranged are in fashion that to every coil, on one side, south is facing &on other the North is facing
