Crinoline net is like rubber, just like crinoline but organza is a transparent fabric

When using ankara fabric,guess only crinoline net and hem gum is enough without copper wire

You can use only crinoline net to make it stand but if you want to bend the structure either( 3d effect) ways you will need a copper wire, But not compulsory
