The weather has been hot these days, so I brought a simple baking video today!
This is a video where you can make delicious bread rusks with leftover bread or tasteless bread.
Personally, I find it the most delicious to make with large-capacity sandwich bread sold at the mart. I think the bread that is too soft and moist is rather less crispy.
These rusks are bite-sized and crunchy like popcorn, so this is a really tasty recipe!
I made it in 4 flavors: basic, almond chocolate, garlic, and strawberry jam.
Each recipe is based on 3 slices of bread.
Actually, it's a recipe made for processing leftover bread, but it's so delicious that it's so addictive that you end up buying more bread to make.
You can also make it in an air fryer, so be sure to try it!

▶ Ingredients ◀
Basic, chocolate, strawberry jam: Preheat at 338℉(170℃), bake for 14-15 minutes at 320℉(165℃).
Garlic: Preheat at 338℉(170℃), bake for 15-16 minutes at 320℉(160℃).
