for diy noobies, use step-up or stepdown converter modules, you can adjust voltages to match your leds properly, you can make maximum brightness without too much heat

yeah i used that for my IR spotlight, 16x10x22mm module, super small and can step up 3 volts to 30 if needed plus 2A max current... Thank you china

Why superglue. You should use heat transfer tape. The life of your system will get truncated. Bad design. And no use of led limiting resistors or constant current drivers. Dear who taught you electronics
