I feel like you're doing yourself a disservice by pathing towards and taking crit nodes to be a crit-based build on a budget rather than going non-crit, taking more stats and raw damage nodes, and taking the "Lightning Rod" node for lucky lightning damage rolls instead. (These extra nodes also allow you to go EB/MoM-based as well for better defenses) Also it's no wonder the Morior Invictus you're using doesn't seem all that great - it isn't. For the same 1-2 div cost, you can pick one up with "attributes per socketed soul core" and "mana per soul socketed core" and it's an insanely valuable piece of the puzzle.

Yeah, going to spend more time playing with that in the future, but it is oriented toward much higher investment, which was the point here. Getting some good crit jewels really made Crit pull way ahead of non-Crit on low investment. Dropping the Spirit & Life from Morior for stats & mana will also work in conjunction with dropping Wind Dancer & Grim Feast (& Cannibalism as well in favor of Mana Remnants), but that's also a higher-investment approach.

I want to mention that this reason is the reason why this build is so strong. It does not need the immense investments. But the immense investment will do it much better and let it feel better. What that means is you can start it with low investment and upgrade it from that basically to infinite currency investment. It can cost you 10 div but you can also invest 300+ div if you want to push it to the maximum. Decided to get myself a Gemling stat stacking build started (not crafting the build myself I am not good at build creation) because I like how it is what you can invest into and found nearly all leveling uniques myself already. So perfect time to start a new character. (Wanted to give Temporalis Blink some shot but there you need the 180-200 div investment to get it running and I am not yet that far :D)

I see that when you spam click you attack faster with stormwave than holding the button, for some reason when i spam click its exactly 1:1 as if im holding the button. Hope someone can explain and maybe give a solution for this

Having tested it a bit, no clue. Sometimes it's faster, sometimes it's not.

@ yeah you can get up to 7 power charges by changing 4 nodes and anoint, it clears probably 25 seconds of breach mob generation instantly

Probably jewels. Crit chance & multi can make up a huge difference in damage output. Be sure to maintain Charged Staff while mapping, too.

It definitely is viable monk will just not scale as good end game as gemling does (still good enough to do all bosses dw it is more a high endgame problem). But then you do have some things that are easier for monk. Easier access to ES and Evasion which are two insane defense layers and can be combined with CI. (Gemling can also go ES with CI but often will probably not have much Evasion) When you go an ES and Evasion body armour (which I highly recommend) you can fix all spirit problems with the "Lead me through grace..." ascendency. Also additional tip (for 20-25 divine): When you have enough divine to invest into it you can get a Timeless Jewel "Remembrancing [number] songworthy deeds by the line of Medved" You mainly want this because of the "the line of Medved" part. What this does is that it changes a Keystone in its region into the Circular Teachings keystone. The Circular Teachings keystone does that the inherent strength bonus gives you 1% increased Energy Shield per 2 Strength instead of Life. This is purly for if you go the CI route because then you just have 1 life and want as much ES as possible so then to have the Strength you are stacking not giving you Life but ES instead is increadible strong.

@@dianshi9152 this is the best tutorial i had!!! today I bought for 29d +5% attributes and 9% all res morius Invictus to star the build, I still need the belt, gonna buy latter when I get more divs, and start leaveling a merc, still lvl 32 but leaveling with the right gear feels good 👍... I had a good monk build with like 70k dps storm wave, using the double heralds, but not ci, I use evasion and acrobatics, 80% evasion, but I still feel squish, even with wild dancer on and grim feast to get some energy shield (950+/-), so i can't do citadels fast enough to kill bosses, even the 4 trial boss from sanctum is a bit hard... I am hoping the merc version is more tank, from what i have seem, line 8k HP or something

10div is a very optimistic estimate and requires a lot of time in hunting for deals and rng if the seller responds, however, realistically this build is doable at 10 div, but manage expectation and you might need 15-17div to replcate the success. Your HP/ES and Mana ( if using MoM ) is not remotely tanky, no sir!

Yeah, the game is in a VERY bad state right now. Game revolves around the market rather than you playing and finding/crafting stuff. I quit already because the gameplay is lacking.

Well it all depends how you play, i have played like 300 hours and made 150-200 div but most of it from selling items on trade. If you wana find divine you gotta juice up breach maps with quant/rarity

You can learn to make better use of your time. Learning how tablets work, learning mechanics, and improving your build one step at a time. There are plenty of room for making money, both from drops and from selling trash you pick up most of the time. Knowing the current meta builds and key pieces, picking up items and slamming them properly could yield you plenty of currencies. Even though the game is not perfect at the moment, the game is still kinda viable to make money. @SorcRunMaybe msg me ingame if you have any questions.
