U need to get both also u needs find good potential at least 4 star and then when u start leveling up you’ll get a good team

try drafting offensive then defensive players. if you want your offensive/defensive rating to go up, hire 3, 4, and 5 star coordinators so they will increase

You have to level them up by playing games if all there bars are at their level cap then they are fully leveled up
