This looks great on a large screen, but I have no content when I open the site on mobile... am I missing something?

Since the hover effects and auto play videos don't work on mobile, both containers are hidden for tablet and mobile. you can turn them on to play with it here: container >advanced>responsive>hide on mobile portrait. You'll also notice that when hidden, you can build your own separate, simpler layout that works better with mobile while still keeping your desktop content looking cool!

This is a built-in feature in Elementor. Click on the column you want to add a link to, choose “Content,” and at the bottom, add the link.

If you use the exact same content, yes, Google knows who published it first. Unless their page is not indexed.It's always best to use your own, unique content.
