wow!!!! what i love is how they create with simple tools and not the advance equipments for cutting and holing, just skills.... hammer, saw, nails, scissors, tucker and measuring is just enough to make an aviary wow amazing...

So cool. I had a pet white dove when I lived on the beach in Connecticut. I remember what an animal lover you were in Peru, so there's no mistake you live in California with the beautiful weather year round. I'm afraid to keep another dove on my patio, because Vegas summers are too hot. Also I'd be tempted to let my dove free like I did back in CT. The other birds picked on her, and eventually a cat caught her, but we enjoyed each other for a couple years.

nice cage. I found from my first few cages i built, just use a saw instead of a power hand held saw to cut your woods. it's alot faster and easier that i think. I just finish building a 25in wide x27in deep x 54in high cage. took me half the time to build from my first fews.

You all work so well together! Very good selection of music to go along with your efforts. Have you made many of these cages? Do you think one person could build these alone or do you need at least 2 people?

Hello, great job! Very impressed, although.. you may want to research bird care a bit further. They need a variety of natural and rope perches and lots more toys! Good luck friends

Good video and fun to watch! Nice design. My only disappointment was the two square boxes of advertisements as the end when you were transfering your birds into their new aviary ...the ads really blocked most of the cage :( but fun to watch regardless.

Good work brother, great skills. Could i use a staple gun to fix the net with the timber which are available on online stores? Or there are some other ways? Could you please mention the dimension of the cage and thickness of the thin timber logs you used..,? Thanks brother
@7thWanderer7 жыл бұрын
Fay Xal thanks for the reply. I found a staple gun which fits maximum 8-10mm staples in it, is that enough to pierce the wood and hold the net in position? Will it be durable.? Thanking you..

Awesome build and awesome video. Why 2 front doors? What is the purpose of the small wood covered door insert in the door on the left? I like most people i imagine would need a wider door, as I am a lot 'bigger' then you....lol. Also a service door with access to a food shelf for easy access to provide food/water without entering the flight is a good concept. Also walking on the wire mesh floor is going to rip it quickly and how do you keep the floor clean, do you use sand/newspaper or animal litter. Would a small board around the base help with keeping in the seed husks, my wife would soon be giving me ear ache. Thank you.
@Spike-ey4bg7 жыл бұрын
Thank you for answering so quickly and my apologies re questions, as i really like this flight. You have answered all, thanks. Now having the flight off the ground is a great idea and i don't think is in the video. Could you please post a new video showing it it's new position, I have issues around plenty of sun, too much heat and downpours of rain.

Hello brother, bothering you again.. I have actually started working on the project, but i am worried about the material of the mesh/net. Found on certain forums that zinc coated or galvanized iron mesh are toxic for the parakeets as they chew a lot. What type of mesh are you using? Is that a matter of worry, or should i go for the locally available mesh from the market..? Thanks
@7thWanderer7 жыл бұрын
