A functional piece of art. Really like the simple but effective idea of using bolts and wingnuts to hold the saw blade. Right angle blocks to keep your drill bit perpendicular to the handle is a great idea.

That Lego gig is brilliant! Nice use of speeded up bits in the sawing section. I made one using a bandsaw blade with a finer tpi , works well but you need a ceramic drill bit to cut the holes in the blade.

Единственное, что меня заинтересовало, это тот факт, что лезвие пилы использовалось для сырой древесины и птление производилось на сухом полене. В любом случае отпилено мастерски! Собираюсь сделать себе примерно такую же пилу, но хочу изменить высоту установки перемычки, для того, чтобы можно было пилить более толстые бревна. Отдельное спасибо за то, что демонстрируете приемы работы и все объясняете! 😊

The frame looks oversized. It can be slimmer, thereby, lighter. But simple and elegant.
