Wasserwand aus Plexiglas Doppelstegplatte bauen

Das Wichtigste an einer Wasserwand ist, dass sie weiterhin funktioniert und nicht leckt.
In diesem Video wird gezeigt, wie man eine funktionierende Wasserwand aus einer Plexiglas (Acryl) Doppelstegplatte bauen kann. Ich zeige Ihnen ein Design, das ich entwickelt habe. Denn habe ich keine umfassenden Informationen darüber gefunden, wie man eine Wasserwand erstellt, und sogar zu Hause.
Von Anfang an war mir klar, dass ich selbst keine Zellenplatte aus Glas machen würde. Das Paneel muss fertig gekauft sein. Es gibt solche. Sie sind Doppelstegplatten entweder aus Plexiglas oder aus Polycarbonat. In der Regel beträgt die Breite der Plexiglasplatten 98 cm oder 120 cm, die Höhe ist praktisch unbegrenzt. Die Breite der Zellen ist unterschiedlich, meistens 64 mm. Die Zellenweite für die Polycarbonat Platten beträgt 32 mm, andere habe ich nicht gefunden.
So wird ein solches Blatt mit einer Länge von beispielsweise 2 Metern abgeschnitten und die geschnittene Seite wird dicht geklebt. Auf dieser Seite wird die Platte dann stehen. Vielmehr ist es notwendig, zuerst ein Luftversorgungssystem zum Paneel zu bringen und erst dann die offene Seite zu versiegeln. Und zum Schluss wird die LED Beleuchtung um den Umfang herum befestigt.
Anschließend wird Paneel entweder in einen stabilen Sockel eingesteckt oder, wenn der Sockel klein oder flach ist, an etwas Bequemem befestigt, das daneben steht, an Wand, Decke und Schrank, usw.
In dem hier gezeigten Fall habe ich die Luftdüsen nicht in den Rand der Plattenschnitt, sondern von der Seite eingeführt. So ist es einfacher und die LED Beleuchtung stört nicht.
Alles ist aus dem Video zu sehen: Vinylschläuche werden auf die Düsen gesteckt, die mit einem gemeinsamen Bus verbunden sind, der wiederum über die Rücklaufventil mit der Luftpumpe (Kompressor) verbunden ist. Auf den Schlauch jeder Düse wird ein Clip aufgesetzt, durch dessen Steuerung wird der Druck der Luft eingestellt. Die Pumpe und die Beleuchtung sind an das Stromnetz angeschlossen. Das ist alles! Die Idee scheint einfach zu sein. Es ist jedoch nicht so einfach zu realisieren. Diejenigen, die mit Plexiglas gearbeitet haben, verstehen mich. Das Material ist zerbrechlich und erfordert sorgfältige Arbeit. Aber wer hat keine Angst - mach weiter!

Клей силиконовый прозрачный каким клеют аквариумы. Сотовый плексиглас 64 или поликарбонат 32 в торговых строительных центрах, можно найти в интернете. Форсунки из пластика сделал сам, в одном из следующих роликах планирую показать.

Estructuralmente, esto es más simple, pero con este diseño es imposible implementar un control separado de los flujos de aire en diferentes celdas del panel, como se muestra aquí kzbin.info/www/bejne/o5bZhZh7qa6ViKc.
