Excellent little video. Thanks for sharing. I've been looking for exactly this sound for a second bass in a techno track. 🤜🤛

Nice wee video man, under appreciated production channel, I’ve taken away quite a few specific sound design ideas to play with from your content. Cheers

Great videos :) maybe a quick explanation of each step and how it impacts the overall sound would be useful for the beginners too

Hey Max, thanks mate. Yeah ive always been in two minds whether to keep them short and sweet or go into some more detail. Will aim for more of a middle ground i reckon :)

Cool vid. Thing is here, you could explain how FM works within the Operator and why is it that FM bass patches like famous patch from TX81Z are so cool (you did mention extra harmonics topic though). We have bunch of people drooling over subtractive synth bass patches on analogue gear (rightfully so), but what is the thing that makes outdated fully digital 4 operator synth like TX91Z or Ableton operator patch work so well in the context of the contemporary music environment?

Thanks!! Yeah, that's a good point, its always a balance keeping them short and sweet but also including enough useful info too.
