Hey! Awesome video you did a great explanation. I actually plan on building my own carbon hood for my car, but I had a question regarding the hood hinges. How would I go about mounting the carbon hood to the hinges, did you just end up using fasteners that have the same thread as the bolts for the hinges?

You bet. I have another hood video coming out next weekend. You can see better of what I use. The video is more focused on why carbon fiber cost so much. But I’m building a hood in it. The fasteners I use I get at Easy Composites for fairly cheap
