Griffo Great to see another video out, interesting recipe look fwd to following the brew. Question...... Can you please tell me what PSI do you carb your ESB and for how long when you rack to your corny keg when using the hand pump??? Diolch !!!!

Diolch Joe, I carb it very little 2-3 psi. any more will force through the beer engine - sometimes I don’t carb at all 👍🍺

Hi Griffo did you freeze the cherries to kill any bacteria. Iam about to make a imperial stout but my cherry purée is in a can. Iam thinking of steeping up to a G40 from a 110v G30 what’s your opinion. Keep up the great videos iechyd da Mike

Hi Mike, I didn’t as they were pasturised in the packaging process, I would have thought your canned ones would be too (otherwise they would ferment and explode…) Definitely worth stepping up to the G40 if you can - incredible piece of kit 👌🍺

Thanks Mark, the bouncer is great and you can buy additional finer filters, my filters are for hop debris than sediment, pretty sure the finer ones will do the job 👍
