What kind of chocolate are u using because I brought two of these shoe molds in the chocolate broke off when I tried to remove it from the mold,I used the chocolate melts,in it didn't work

I just posted a video showing how. Sorry for the delay! I use red cocoa butter on the mold before pouring in the temprered chocolate.

Excellent workmanship. I have a question on how to get the red sole? Did you pour that in first or carefully paint it in first? A tutorial on that would be fantastic if you could.

@@msblessed37ways I've watched this SOOO may times and given it waaaaay too much thought and I *think* it's painted in with red chocolate first. I can't imagine it is fondant - it would be too tricky. You can kinda see the red edges in the heel are a bit uneven as if the brush bristles spread out into the corner and made it messy (like I said waaaay to much thought and watching 😂). I haven't tried it yet because none of the shoes I've made have needed to be Louboutins.

Was your chocolate in temper? It's best to let it crystalize over night so it naturally releases from the mold. If it's not in temper, it's not going to release from the mold. You can try placing it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to see if you can force it to release from the mold but it will most likely shatter. You also want to make sure you make the shoe thicker as a thin shell will break very easily when trying to unmold. I hope this helps.

Here’s another video just on the red bottom. You just use cocoa butter to paint the molds first. You don’t have to use the pinstripe tape either if you have a steady hand. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rGHdqHuHmqmqack
