r=Waist/2π. Very easy steps. I’ll definitely try this for my daughter. By the way do you still give some allowance if you aren’t using an elastic band?

Thanks dear 💖, If you are not using elastic, you would need add sewing allowance for the zip ( 0.5 inches each sides), then you would cut one end of the skirt open to be able to insert the zipper.
