I’ve infused bourbon with coffee grounds then filtered it after setting it in the sun for 2 days. Perfect for this. Also...coffee ice cubes help to not dilute it. Rumchata makes a great creamer in it as well

Bourbon and Cold Brew Coffee - The first time I made cold brew at home I got a coffee buzz, never had a coffee buzz that had me spinning! Sounds yummy...and perhaps addicting. No more so than a bourbon and coke, of course. But a new, tempting delivery vehicle. :-) Wonder how different the "cold brew" coffee will be vs just cold coffee. For those who may wonder about the difference generally, the site for that brand offers this: www.stokbrew.com/what-is-cold-brew/cold-brew-vs-iced-coffee/. But I mean I wonder how much the difference really will matter when mixed with all these ingredients (just like one may wonder about which bourbon to add). :-)

I'm with you and theres no reason NOT to do those things... I personally wanted to do something that I thought folks would take the time to make. I dont lime making cocktails when I want a quick drink with some booze in it. Few things could be easier than tossing a couple ingredients in a mixer and drinking
