You can also just alpha lock the layer with the lines and color over it. It will only color over what has already been colored

Thanks for this video! I make mosaics and have always drawn out my designs on paper. I’m turning this into a business so got Procreate so I can edit my designs more easily. I wanted to make some mandalas so this video was very helpful but my question for you is, if I wanted to add color to the inside instead of to the lines you drew, can that be done as easily as you did that here? I have been clicking on each section which is taking me forever. I know I have a lot to learn with procreate so I will also take some classes from your sponsor!

To draw the perfect circle easier is to just draw it and then hold and then touch with a finger then boom perfect circle ❤️

very clever. I am still finding it hard to draw curves on my I pad because it is like drawing on glass. I did manage to follow your tutorial but I have a lot more straight lines in mine. Thank you for sharing this.......

I got a paper like screen protector and it helped me a lot. I got mine on amazon for $12 I believe. Also turn your streamline up on your brush. When u choose your brush double tap on it and u can change certain things about your brush and the streamline will make your strokes very smooth. You can also draw your curve and when u get done hold your pencil at the end of the curve and it makes it a smooth line. I hope this helps!

Dazelle Steele open the layers tab in top menu bar. It looks like a square stacked on top of a square. Uncheck the Background Color box. Now your background will appear as a black grid, but when you export the file, it will have no background.

At the end you changed the layer back to normal but on mine the little buttons don’t stay once I selected lighten, I could not return to normal. What am I doing wrong
