The minifigure who becomes a bear in this video reminds me of a character from "The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug". A skin changer named Behoer helped Gandalf and the 13 dwarves to the Mirkwood.

The gungans seem like they would be swamp/ watery type warriors like the admiral ackbar race they could potentially have an understanding and hunt/fight together or be fighting each other for that land, which would make that whole area very dangerous and could be a really interesting scene

About the Gungan's quiver ... It may be an illegal technique and it may damage the parts a tiny bit, but you could try to put the quiver onto his hip. It looks and works really good...
