I was able to figure it out. Just look at the numbers. Don’t pay attention to the * “30*” means I in every stitch around (30)

What the heck does Skup 1 loop mean?

Skup means to skip over the 1st and begin in the next st. to end up with a count of 29 instead a count of 30 in the row.
