Hi Anna, Thank you for your kind comments, much appreciated. I find putting the frosted cupcakes in fridge overnight or for at least two hours is enough to make sure they don’t melt when assembling and delivering. Once wrapped I’ll then put it back in the fridge so it doesn’t matter if the wrapping touches the frosting too much - if it is well refrigerated everything will stay in place. I hope that helps. I am curious what kind your frosting is? if i make this with whipped cream it will melt a little even if put inside the fridge.. also if whipped cream can i wrap it this way? im afraid the cellophane might touch the frosting..

Hi there, I wouldn’t use whipped cream. These are made with buttercream frosting 🧁

12 or 15cm polystyrene ball from hobby craft and corresponding silver bucket from hobbycraft (just check they balance well on top in the shop)

Hi Genevia, you can freeze them beforehand but it is not essential - the most important part is putting the frosted cupcakes in fridge for an hour before assembling so that they keep their shape. Are the cupcakes soft and moist ? Bc when I did it they where moist and they will break easily when I attach the cupcake to the toothpick.

They can be yes, freezing them before hand or putting in fridge helps for assembly, then you can leave them in place for a few hours and they’ll defrost - does that help?

Put it in a cardboard box and surround it with bubble wrap or plastic bags - anything to keep it upright in the box really! Or get a kind person to hold it for you in passenger seat 😄💜💚💛

Yes, either put cupcakes in fridge for a few hours before attaching or put whole bouquet in fridge for few hours before adding the plastic and don’t wrap too tightly 🧁 💐
