I love custard tarts and to make them even more appealing is an easy to follow recipe with simple ingredients! This recipe has never failed me and always produces a beautifully balanced custard tart :)
★Ingredients★
For 8-inch（21cm）pie pan
Crust:
75g Butter / バター 75g
35g Sugar / グラニュー糖 35g
1/2 Beaten Egg / 溶卵 1/2個
150g Cake flour / 薄力粉 150g
Filling:
3 Medium Eggs / 卵Mサイズ 3個
75g Sugar / グラニュー糖 75g
300ml Whole Milk / 牛乳 300ml
