Have you priced a custom picture frame lately? An oversized photo frame can run you hundreds! In today's video I give you the blueprint to make them yourself!
This DIY custom picture frame project was in the works for months, I somehow kept pushing it down the schedule for one reason or another. I LOVE oversized wall and table decor rather than lots of smaller items, but after searching the pricing, I felt this was easy enough to give it a go! I'm so happy to have finally completed this how to video so you can make your own custom picture frame and add oversized DIY photo frame wall decor to your spaces!

No glass.. just the print. I personally don’t like glass on any of my frames/art because I don’t like the reflection it gives 😎

Using that kind of a board on the back makes it extremely heavy. You can use foam core board in the same way. It’s strong and light weight and is usually used for the back of pictures.

I have 2 canvases, both are 30’’ x 40’’ (inches), I’m wondering if this would work. I don’t want to over pay for new frames . Can you direct me to a video that explains DIY frames ?

You can use the same guidelines used here, just use the measurements around your canvas and it can be attached with little ‘L’ clips that go on the back.
