During the end sanding process, doesn’t the board weaken where you are sanding the fibreglass for the traction pads?

From an on paper stand point, as soon as you sand fibreglass (or carbon) you weaken it. It's irrelevant really as the boards aren't constructed around the tipping point of them breaking and/or being too weak. On a side note this construction method is out of date as I've made a heck of a lot of improvements.

Use a release agent on the mould surface.

Just a spray can satin, I don't use it anymore. Get a much better finish with a polish.

Kevlar os hard to work with and fluffs up when is gets sanded and worn. Probably Couldn't use a worse material.

You will need to find a way to bend something to form something and hold it there. Clamps work but you'll need a way to curve the material you're using.

make a wooden stringer 3/4. draw a template. cut foam in half. gorilla glue one half of foam to stringer.. use as much tape as needed to form foam to conture of stringer creating front rocker....rinse repeat other half.
