No you cant change it in your dorm. You also cant change it in the paitball maps, lounge, and some other rooms. Resson the way they do the clouds, some of the maps have some HUGE clouds, or impossble like VARY high clouds "like that one set of clouds in the dorm" VARY low clouds. A bunch of clouds and sometimes, BIG moon or big sun, and only TWO maps have clouds you can go thrue poplushon test and the scor map "sorry for spelling" all in all THEY USED UNTY TO DO THE CLOUDS!
