You’re by far my absolute favorite Cricut Teacher!!! Thank you for ALWAYS explaining things in a way I understand. Question- Have you ever tried using chalk paste with these stencils?
@ChristinaElizabeth152 жыл бұрын
Thanks Kristen!! I have not yet tried chalk paste but have been wanting to for a while now.

I love using my Cricut to make stencils. I love making painted signs. I always remove my stencil vinyl when it is wet. I have never had an issue. Luckily I've never had a bleed either. ❤ my Cruicut You can also use the images that you remove while weeding to create a reverse stencil. 2 signs or projects out of one cut. Just lay out your pieces the way you want them using transfer tape just as you would any other vinyl. After placing them on your blank paint over the image(s). Then remove the image when it's dry like she does or when it's wet like I do. Whatever works best for you.

I’ve never tried doing it that way! I will definitely be trying it out. Thanks so much for the tip!

@@ChristinaElizabeth15 No problem. Glad I could help in someway. It works whether you stain your piece first if it is wood as well as if you paint it first before laying your reverse stencil. Then when you remove the stencil your piece will reveal beautiful stained it painted images in the color of your choice. I love anyway that I can save some money. Then you have an extra piece to sell or give as a gift. I really enjoyed your video. Thank you for sharing your work and for replying to my comment. 😊♥️

Did you have to group the Farm Freash Christmas Tree stencil before you made it? TFS. Great projects.
@ChristinaElizabeth153 жыл бұрын
In the video I show that you can’t group them together before cutting the stencil. For some reason Cricut doesn’t let you slice with multiple images when grouped together. I sliced each text/picture separate to create the stencil.

Hi Christina, I’ve done stencils before but I can’t remember when weeding it do you leave all of the little pieces that go into the letters? Loved all your projects
@ChristinaElizabeth153 жыл бұрын
No, you will need to remove them.
