How to make a delicious pulled beef sandwich

while no beef was beef was used, still the makings of a fine sandwich here. clearly inspired by the philly cheesesteak, traditional using shaved ribeye, there's no reason not to use other steaks. hell, a tuna steak could be made into a cheesesteak. probably be better than the standard tuna melt. may be someone just typed veal instead of beef? tradition has its place, but nothing wrong with a little innovation, and trying new things.
