First of all, we mark where we want to mount the wall.

We measure the hole we need for the door and mark it on the floor.
We fix the floor channels.
In the event that it is not wood, we fix it with plastic plugs and screws.
We fix the uprights of the two sides.

Muy buenos video , una pregunta , como se hace una pared divisoria cuando no hay un techo firme donde poder anclar el canal superior ?

Hola con fijarlo un poco es suficiente para que la pared no se mueva. Con que dónde lo fijes no se mueva hacia los lados es suficiente, sino abria que meter los tirantes. Aun asi sin ver lo que es no puedo darte una solución concreta.

Cómo puedo fijar los montantes en el piso si tengo baldosas my gruesas? Perforar? Pegamento? Remaches?

Lo mejor perforar, hay quien los coloca con una cinta adesiva pero no se que resultado da a la larga. La cinta esta bien cuando es un tabique que tienes previsto quitar más adelante.

Hola, deseo hacer un tabique de yeso laminado para dividir una habitacion en dos, y los montantes que dan a la pared los tendría que poner unos diez cm separados de esta, ya que el grosor del zócalo es más grande de lo habitual y no lo puedo rectificar ya que pasan unos tubos de instalación, me podrías orientar si lo puedo hacer y como hacerlo para que firme y segura la pared. Gracias de antemano.

Corta los montantes por debajo lo mínimo posible y lo pasas por el canal de arriba, lo pones a nivel y lo fijas en la pared. Pero tienen que estar anclados en la pared. Esto lo hago y también lo haces así si la altura de la estructura es superior al montante.
