It's beautiful but couldn't quite catch what kind of paste was used can I make this paste ??

The paste I used is called Saracino Pasta Model. It’s a firm modelling paste that holds the shape really well and sets hard. Alternatively you can add tylo powder to sugar paste (fondant) to make a modelling paste. Hope this helps

Are you adding CMC to the dough or letting to dry for a longer time? also how long did it take it to fully dry?

I use saracino which is a modelling paste so it already has CMC. It hardens quite quickly but it depends on the humidity

Is modeling paste modeling chocolate? I’m from the US

Modelling paste is fondant with cmc/tylo in it to make stronger. However, you could use modelling chocolate instead
