Hi! Nice idea, please which are the specific for the power supply?tnks P.s. I mean, you are using a 24V 5A power supply, but your electric motor is 150W, so your power supply can only supply 120W at maximum output power. It doesn't fit your dremmel (120W= 24V*5A)

Eugene Kelly I’m measuring not the money. I am judging how efficient is the investment. I mean, it takes some skills alongside with manual dexterity to make something like that, I admit. Perhaps I could do it even fancier with a tin body & grounding in accordance with the electrical compliance, etc. Doesn’t matter. What I am saying is if you make, for example, a custom item to sell it or for yourself, you can’t buy this custom item anywhere. Therefore, you put effort to make it. A character figure, a nozzle for an airsoft gun-sometimes these are less expensive to make rather then to get from the online. Yet the rotary tool he made is just for plain use. When you need a crescent wrench, you go to the local Home Depot and get yourself a wrench, instead of taking a welder or even a CNC machinery to make one for yourself-because the factory that makes tools is _optimized_ for making the most efficient product for the lowest cost. Even though making a crescent wrench certainly takes some of “something else” to create one. Same here. If you want to learn, no problem, but it’s not gonna be the most efficient way of spending your time & money.

Nice idea, good for clean looking workspace. I want to make a drillpress-stand for my grindig tool, but this is ways better, make the stand for the shaft and handpiece so I have a small drillpress and the handpiece can rest in there.

I have the actual Dremel version of this and after a several minutes of use the hand piece gets so hot that you can't hold it anymore without wearing heavy gloves.
