I've done this a few times but It only worked once, 1. Ring up a drug dealer who you know where he lives. 2. Pretend to be the police and say you know what he's doing and you are going to come to his house with a warrant. 3. Can someone tell me how this guy hasn't been arrested yet? Seriously. I sound like I'm anti prankster here, but I'm not. I'm seriously genuinely curious how he hasn't been arrested for pranking people like this. I love these videos but they're so ballsy I just don't know how he didn't end up in jail for threatening to kill him and kidnap his girlfriend and fuck her. Like holy shit! That's epic. Back on point. Someone tell me how he hasn't been arrested. Is it luck, or is it really a loop hole in the system, or can they really just not find him?

MrJoking4fun The real answer to that question is because he is making calls over the internet most likely using Skype or his own VOIP server (Telephone system) and these are much harder to trace than an actual phone, still doable but since he is probably smart enough to avoid calls in his local area, the police report (if the victim decides to call the cops) is started from the victims city police department. To actually track down Ownage, the police department would have to find his location first, then contact the police in his neighborhood, THEN that police department would have to put forth an unwarranted amount of cooperation with the original police department. They are not going to be too inclined to actually arrest a mere prank caller given that the supposed infringement only effects someone so far away. However if the victim were local, they would be more inclined to make the arrest, since the complaint was submitted directly from the local victim and not through another department 500 miles away. I take full advantage of this fact in my prank calls, because I actually attain secured information about my victims before making the calls.

***** He's not using a disposable phone, that guy doesn't know what he's talking about. Ownage has definitely used Skype for calls in the past, which is basically a Voice over IP server. We've seen ownage change his caller ID, so he must be using an Asterisk VoIP server, which would allow him all kinds of features, like placing people on hold with music, changing caller ID, and of course, letting him record the actual prank call.. If ownage recorded off a disposable phone the recording quality wouldn't be as good as it is. Plus, it's an unnecessary amount of protection. The calls on my channel have crossed worse lines than Ownage has, and I'll be just fine as long as I continue making calls from VoIP servers.
