How to make a dynamic chart using slicers in excel

Is it possible to have multiple X-Axis on a chart when using a slicer? My data set contains commodities measured in different values (cents/pound,dollars/ton) creating a distortion.

I don't understand how it automatically chose the x axis as numbers from 1-15, while you don't have anywhere a row with this numbers
