There is an electric coal replacement you can get, but it is pretty much useless. Hookah coals work by remaining a relatively lower heat until you draw in air on the pull, which causes air to also pull by the coals, which in turn makes the coal hotter (think about it like a blacksmith's bellows on a fire). That increase in heat is why you get a nice smoke when drawing, but not when the coal is at rest. The electric ones stay at a constant heat regardless and do not varry on the draw, meaning your bowl is constantly cooking at top heat. Unless you're constantly taking the electric alternative off between pulls, it's a waste. If you're looking for an alternative to coals, there are e-hookah alternatives. Adapters that are essentially vape devices that replace the bowl and use ejuice. In theory though, you could, with the right electrical knowhow, create a device that you could add to the hose port that works like the e-heads or disposable ecigs. It would go between an electric coal replacement, and only trigger the heat on a pull. The problem with that would be how long it heats. To heat up to the required temp, it takes an electric coal replacement 3-5 minutes, so that's pretty useless. With the exception of going to a vape style e-bowl, natural coconut coals will always be the champion. I recommend Le Orange 2.4mm cubes or Fumari Fuoco.

They best way can be instead of using coal over the foil , make nichrome coil similar size to the flavour cup size to keep it burning n connect a switch, this saves fuel n no need to change coal for long sessions , hope you guyz understood , I have tried !!

Very creative approach, for sure!! Im not going to argue about it, but I would like to voice my opinion about quick light charcoals. They are bad for you!! Seriously not worth your time!! Great for getting a BBQ started, or that old school incense that comes in granular form, but not for personal consumption!! This is basically a vape activated charcoal starting hookah. Not bad! But even a tiny cheap hookah is going to perform a bit better and longer because it's a several hundred year old tradition that allows the tobacco (in America it's called shisha, and the device is the hookah) to be distributed properly, and expose a large surface area to heat for proper heat management, which is how you use the whole bowl, and not burn anything. Cool DIY, but tiny pumpkin hookahs are like $5-$15 and just need to be rinsed clean before use for the first time. Hookahs don't have to cost a lot, especially with sales!! My two cents. Crafty and cool, but not as practical.
