It is very real, even from a Japanese perspective. The only regrettable part is the signage for the store parking lot in front of the intersection. In Japan, we don't have this kind of sign that juts out above the road like a road sign. Also, there is at least a 75cm to 1m wide sidewalk between the roadway and the store site.

I love watching dioramas, but everyone knows that straight lines require precision, so you see so much emphasis on creating landscapes and fantasy worlds, where things have rounded edges or are damaged with age. I love this video- absolutely fascinating the end results are staggering. I like building gas station dioramas, but the only problem I have is that I really need to develop a LOT more patience and just take the time to do something as detailed as this. WOW! You do great stuff! After the New Year I am going to attempt this build with a defunct convenient store branding. (HESS) A couple of alterations though: I NEVER USE BLACK PAINT AS AN UNDERTONE. So it may be dark brown or gray as my base coat. Then scenic the visible surface as needed. Next I'm thinking instead of your tree at the intersection I will move the store sign to it's place. Then from below I will add a motor to make the pole and sign spin. Lastly, instead of a battery pack and switch, I'll probably install the electricals to track current and block detection. Then the lights and sign will remain off until a train enters the block & the animation starts. Your opinion is appreciated as well as valued. Thank you, it's now on to YoYo Tires (to be renamed GRAND PREMIER). Should you agree with my upgrade to your FAMILY MART, I will do the same for YoYo Tires. MERRY CHRISTMAS & A HEALTHY NEW YEAR, Jim

for the material for the walls I use is PVC foam borad bro

You can actually use foam board to make a wall of bricks, I've done it and it's not so hard. The only thing is that foam board is thin, so you need to be careful.
