ACL is a server side script and it is more secure. So, it is better to use ACL. Where as client script and UI policy are applied on the browser which can be bypassed.

Dear Sir, I would like to express my appreciation for the informative video you have shared. However, I have a query regarding the functionality of the "Does not start with" and "Does not end with" operators in ServiceNow. It seems that these operators are not available out of the box. I am curious to know if there is a way to develop this feature or if there are alternative methods to achieve the same result.

Hi Rahul, Thanks for your question! Can you pls elaborate more on your requirement? Like, which type of field is supported for this operator? What do you want to achieve using these operators?
@Rahulrajkumaryadav9228 ай бұрын
@@HarditSingh in servicenow we have ootb operators "stars with" and "end with". In the same way I want "not start with" and "not end with". I especially want to use these operators in the cmdb_ci table.

how to make some field read only on ant table for one group by using acl
@HarditSingh7 ай бұрын
Hi, You can assign a role to the group and then create a new ACL for that role on that table. Please let me know if you have further questions.

Technical contents are really good but please don't use "and" between two sentences.

Sure, I will improvise on that. Thanks for your feedback!
