How to make a fluffy cake

You can make a very fluffy cake using your whisk. See the recipe below:
This is the recipe
1. 2 cups of Sugar
2. 2 cups of butter
3. 6 eggs
4. 4 & 1/2 cups of flour
5. 5 tsp of baking powder
6. 1/2 tsp of salt
7. 1 & 1/2 cups of liquid milk
8. 2 tsp of vanilla flavour
9. 2 Tbsp of Cocoa powder
You can decide to make half of this recipe. In that case, you have to half each of the ingredients.
