How to make a baby elephant out of fondant.
Fondant used has been treated with Tylose powder so it will set harder.

Just water, probably! You can use melted chocolate for attaching really heavy pieces.

Hi. The blade I use is a Sculpey bendable blade. It's one of my most used tools for sugar modelling. Bought mine from Amazon.

Depending on the figure I usually use modelling paste but sometimes I do use 50/50 mix.

cornstarch or icing sugar, helps the fondant not to stick to your hands or table :)

The green board is a non stick board which you can buy from cake decorating shops. They come in various sizes and colours.

Hi - I'm afraid I can't remember the measurements but these figures were not very big. I think as long as you keep everything in proportion you won't go wrong.
