Invest in the things that people NEED and you’ll always make bank. People will always be moving and will always NEED to have a place to put their stuff. You buy a facility in a city that people are always moving into, you’ll be swimming in cash. Get a unit in Austin, Raleigh, Orlando, Nashville, etc and just watch that money roll in.
