Hey! I was wondering if you can tell me where the bottom of the head should meet the face, and how tall and long you make the side curves of the head piece? I’m making a fnaf helmet for the movie by following your similar instructions and wanted to know how the proportions should look

That's where it gets tricky. Everyone has a different size and shape head, so that's why I just wrap the foam around my head and mark-cut-hot glue where it's not too loose and not too tight. After that, I wrap another layer of foam around it and hot glue it on. That's when I draw the face on there to kinda eyeball the face shape and if I need to cut any access off. All in all, I pretty much eyeball the proportions and go by what looks and feels the best. Hope that helps!! 😁

I use anti-pill fleece. I'm not sure where you're located so I don't know what's available to you, sorry. If you have a Joann's or a Walmart it could be there. Your best bet is to look up anti-pill fleece online and see what's available near you 😁

I've had some people offer in the $400s for a mask. I think I might make an Etsy sight or even just sell them on eBay. But, if I gain a large audience here, I think I might give them away, to show my appreciation

Your mouth. You need to be able to rest your chin on the jaw for movement

It doesn't really need a tutorial lol, it's pretty self explanatory. You just pour out some black paint, dab a sponge or piece of foam into the paint, dab it on like a towel to get the excess paint off, and dab it on the fabric

Fairfield 1 inch thick project foam. You can get it at Joann's and Walmart, but I prefer Joann's because of the discounts. I also put the full list and links of items I used in the description of the full tutorial I made 😁

I would recommend 1.5 to 2.5 yards for the head alone. In total, I would say approximately 6 yards to make the full suit. It's better to get more than less in case you make any mistakes 😁
