Hi Lisa, I wanted to thank you for this tutorial. I cannot stop making this card! The first one took me hours, but now I'm knocking out several per day! I attach the naked 12x12 strips first to the designer paper base and then I decorate the squares once it's all attached. I did attach them backwards once so decided this was the easiest way for me. Anyway, I just love this card and am using this design for my Chanukah cards this year and also for Christmas for special, special, special people. I will hand deliver as many as possible because it is expensive to mail. But I am having so much fun, using scraps and the result is a WOW card. Thank you so much for this tutorial! Hugs!!

So easy to put together. So many styles from DSP & stamps to mix & match. Your creative mind could make this a holy cow Halloween card. Or for any fun event. Cant choose one bestiy. I like the ornament stamp one & the leaf design DSP. I think it would be fun to take a piece of matching cardstock cut the length of the inside height of the open card. Cut it 2&1/2" wide. Score at scored at 1/2inch lines across. Fold all sides innward. Apply glue to inside along one edge. Overlap that onto the other cut edge to form a 4 sided pillar to stand in the center of these cards to hold them open for display. Just a thought for on a table mantle or shelf for decoration. Here's a fun thought, include photos from last Christmas. Cut them to size for the sguares. Mount them on a backing Dsp paper & include the photos with the designed squares, & greeting squares. Photos of family or individuals from last year's Christmas or summer vacation or other family events.
