When I'm making cakes, especially novelty ones, I find it hard to carve because my cakes get really crumbly when I start to cut into them. Is there anything you suggest to stop this? and also how long does it normally take for your cakes to cool down completely, roughly? :D

Is this application technique easier than trying to cover the entire cake. Love your videos. Keep up with the great ideas and videos.
