Yolanda, you are hands down THE MOST incredible cake artist I've ever seen. Your eye for detail is outrageous. Your personality and sense of humor are witty and charming. Food Network or Cooking Channel should seriously snatch you up and give you a show. Every episode could just be you making one cake mixed in with your humor and the cutting back and forth with your instructions plus a few minutes at the end of you tasting and cutting that episode's cake with a friend or family member. If you do a pilot or film eight to ten episodes and do a trial season I believe you'd be a huge success. You have the personality and enormous talent!!!

I found this channel from my Facebook page. The cake was the Santa stuck in the chimney. It was an adorable cake and if i had even a slight bit of skill, i would try to makw it. But since i now have a child, i am wanting to start a tradition of making gingerbread houses. After seeing the chimney cake, had to watch this one before learning how to do regular gingerbread houses from scratch. My goal is that as my child(ren) get older, there will be like a "gingerbread house competition" and have multiple ones to show off... But this is soooooo awesome
