I made this as a prop for a play. Except I covered it in spackle and sanded it down, carved the details and painted it. Its a lot sturdier and more realistic. But wouldn't have gotten that way without this video. Thanks!

if u have a pc id recommend u just go to the website, get the template, and then place a normal piece of printer paper over ur screen and trace over it (p.s please use pencil and not a pen or marker, you'll probably end up getting ink on ur screen if ur not careful.) i did this and it worked just fine for me.
