*DISCLAIMER* Settings vary greatly for this! (especially in photoshop, almost all of the settings are different. The size of your image also has a big impact on the settings.) So adjust the settings as you need to! *Also I don't think you need to make it a selection like I did in the tutorial.* You can also use the eraser tool to refine your glow.

For some reason some colors show up as invisible so try changing the color of the glow and see what happens

I looked up subscribe animation adobe after effects, downloaded and reconfigured it all. You have to have after effects to do it. That's got the first one but the last animation you don't need it you can just find one on KZbin

The main thing is just how it's not 100% perfect around the line like outer glows. It has some inconsistencies which makes it look more raw, idk it has a nice effect.
