Very nice. I liked tje napkin holder idea to hold the gun. am wondering what I could add to make the holder longer to hold the gun more. Thank you for the ideas!

LOVE your take on the DIY glue gun holder! Quick, simple, no-fuss and inexpensive. Been watching many videos today and I think I'm going to follow your lead with this one. Thinking I'll decoupage some pretty paper to the bottom before I put the non-skid base on. Definitely will add the silicone like you mentioned, too. Thanks for the ideas!

Yes, plastic really. It's cheap and easy. When you apply the silicone sheet, there's no problem with burning. BTW, please post a video of your homemade glue gun stand. Thanks.

i agree..there are plenty of glass items you can use from the dollar tree that would work just as well and be a whole lot safer. Besides this will pop apart very easily with the slightest bump since you didnt rough up the plastic first... Hot glue peels off of plastic since it has nothing to grip onto. And there is still a chance of the rest of the stand burning since the glue gun gets warm along the sides too. If it is left on too long and tilts or slips you will have melted plastic....not safe at all.

I went to the dollar store today looking for all the glass pieces for the holder I keep seeing turtorials for and found only the glass vase used none of the other items were there. I did however see tons of plastic items like the ones used here. Some times you gotta work with what you can find and hope it works out.
