Like the drop, you need to have a deep feeling for music to do something that good just because it sounds cool. And you say it's inspired by skrillex, I can see where you come from with that statement, but Skrillex is my favorite musician. If you are planning to cover more specific parts instead of a full walkthrough I'd love to see a video on how you do the reverb automation in general to emphasize hits and vocal lines and so on. There is a lot of it in the awesome Switchfoot remix too. From what I can guess from this video, you set up a dedicated reverb bus with a really long decay and then just automate the send in specific parts, but do you use the same reverb bus for percussion, vocals etc or separate ones, and do you have any other processing on that reverb bus, etc. would be awesome to get more details on that.

Yes you are correct about the long reverb send! I usually don’t do a reverb bus for percussion, but sometimes for vocals. I might cover that in a future video!

Yo Asher! Can you tell me how you deal with plug-in delay compensation when you have a lot of effects on a track. When I have a bunch of effects and I send it through a bus, it somehow creates delays that don’t go away. If I don’t send it through a bus (for sidechaining) it doesn’t have any delays. Thanks!
