I followed your recipe and made Mom some lalo for the first time. It came out pretty good. Mom loved it. I used conch crab and shrimp. Thank you for the amazing recipe.

Hey Annette, new follower/fan here 👋 thanks so much for these Haitian recipes. I can't wait to try on my son-in-law 😅 I am curious about using crabs in these recipes. I've always added crabs closer to the end of cooking in order not to overcook them. Does the crab meat not stick to the shell when trying to eat? I noticed the same thing in your other video.
