Esther needs to explain these things slow and with more direct examples. She keeps saying the same law applies the same law applies, and we really need that direct advice to say when I’m in blinding pain, what do I say to myself. Just saying you get more of what you focus on....I get it but how can you break the cycle when pain is what you know. Please comment any tips here

Hello friend. Your question is so good! Through my many workshops with Esther (and Jerry! Back in the day) and a couple decades of listening, here's what AH has said about pain: Standing out most to me is the story of when Esther had a kidney stone and in knee dropping pain, really really really appreciated the morphine the E.R. gave her! So, of course by the time the resistance she had here and there manifested into full blown kidney stone pain, she used science and resources to be ok! And then later she could look at the experience and be gentle with herself and figure out where that manifestation came from and continue on reaching for and growing. I also remember a person who wanted to know if they could make walking with their cane unnecessary, and could they just will themselves into not needing a cane. And AH had them think about all their cane does for them and how they feel: they are steady, they can walk into a room feeling sure, they have their footing, they have freedom with a cane, they have certainty and can go right to the center of a room without falling, they know they can. So, the focus was on rampage of appreciation for their cane -- not, if "I were in the vortex I wouldn't need it" but I'm in the vortex with it. So the focus was on appreciating the cane and feeling the freedom steadiness and choices and sureness instead. I also heard a woman say she was going blind, a gentleman actually offered to pay for her eye surgery, and she thought that didn't she have to will herself into the vortex to just not be going blind. And AH pointed out that science is in the vortex. It is the giving to our asking. We don't have to go back to cave people days and think fire and prayer are better and make us better if we somehow don't enjoy or use science. So she didn't have to have a mixed vibration that she wasn't really worthy or she would be unblind, right? She could align with an easy surgery for seeing, enjoying her painting and art creating, having it paid for. We forget to be easy on ourselves and others. It's OK to go get pain management! In fact, the gift could be that journey- rendevousing with lovely doctor, getting the pain under control, freeing yourself to focus and laugh and live and then from a vantage point of feeling better -- from knowing, confident, curious, inspired, empowered -- see how you can bring more and more wellness into alignment and feel more and more appreciation for all that you are and all of your value and worthiness and creativity and abundance! 💫🙂🚀🙏🏽💕
