Sadece emiyörler arasına mı koyacağım? Bir de akım ayarlı olacağı için çekilen akım da değişken olacak. Buna höre nasıl hesaplamalıyım?

In your pictorial diagram you have 3 wires colored red wire in upper, blue line in the middle & black at the bottom. Now; which is the input, is it the upper red line? How about the output, is it the blue line in the middle? Another is, is TIP35C a PNP or NPN?

The potentiometer doesn't need to handle 50 amps. That is simply a control voltage/current.

If you saw the circuit diagram you'll see that the potentiometer has nothing to do with the current but only supplies bias for the power MOSFETs!

If you feed the source with 50 V at the input, and at the output you have 12V, or 25 V, at a current of 5 A, that CI 317 will have 100 ℃ in 2 minutes. If you put a 10A load, it won't work for more than 1 minute! Guaranteed ! You are misleading the world. That source is for a current of 2...3 A, maximum ! 👎😞😟

Fehlt nicht der 10 kOhm zwischen G un S. Fehlt nicht der 10 µf und 100 nF am Eingang des LM . und zwei kleine Dioden in Gegenrichtung. Eine am LM von C nach E und eine am Mosfet von G nach D ? Also in Gegenrichtung zur jeweiligen Spannungs - Zapfsäule. (das Gate liegt ja beim FET im Gegensatz zum Bipolar seitlich und hier kann man doch den Drain (~ Kollektor) als besser steuerbare Spannungsquelle genauso hernehmen ?. [Ggf. noch 4 kleinere Dioden hintereinander bei noch höherer Spannung am Ausgang wie 100 V] (Pfennigkram) vor den IRFZ 460. Dann kann man auch präzise auf 0 Volt runterregeln. Man kommt halt dann am Ausgang vs. von Minus auf Plus .(statt von Plus auf Minus ) Dh die zwei Transistortypen koppeln sich selber zuerst als Emitter dann als Kollektorschaltung über den Verbraucher dagegen.

The circuit is wrong...as you can see it doesnt response to potentiometer The transistors has to be PNP ie tip36 and conect emiter to VCC input, base to 317 input and colector to output. And a 0.1ohm resistor each emiter and 3.9ohm betwen VCC input to 317 input. Potentiometer from adj to gnd and 220ohm from adj to output are ok

Der zweite ein Mosfet wie der IFRZ 460 P [400 V]oder 250 P [200V] (mit G - S unter 10 kohm Brücke, damit er normal schaltet,wie vorgesehen), und die Spannung anpasst an das nachgeschaltete höher Volt'ige - Gleichstrom - Netz nach vorausgehender Spannungsteilervoreinstellung am LM und auch so proportional anhebt. Die zwei Tips - 36 C Transistoren werden von diesem bedient als Leistungsendstufe, oder noch einfacher gleich durch einen einzelnen IGBT wie den IRG4PH40U mit doppelter Leistung [bis 600V, 1200V] bei größerem Spannungsregelbedarf. Great Video! If I can make a suggestion or two: 1. Both transistors must be connected to the same heatsink to ensure equal temperature rise to keep the gain as close as possible. Else the tranistor with slightly higher gain will end up carrying more and more current and burn out. 2. Connect a high power, 0.1 ohm resistor in each of the transistors' emitter legs to help balance the current through each power transistor - else one will work harder and let the magic smoke out... 3. Use a lower value pot to make the adjustment slightly easier and less sensitive to small movement of the knob. 4. Add a 100nF cap to the input and output of the 317 to help with regulation stability and prevent oscillation 5. Use think wires for large currents!
