It hurts my heart to see that sad, bare soil surface though ! Plz use whatever mulch u can for your climate etc., and which you can source ! As Richard Perkins, Charles Dowding and Singing Frog's Farm have shown us, even compost itself can be a mulch, it's different somehow than the soil already there, just sitting there uncovered from either plants or a mulch/covering. Drying out, oxidizing, and so forth !

Para controlar el agua lo retiras la manguera del cilindro y si quieres conectar otra vez lo vuelve a poner la manguera y conectas por el te.
