Nice job on the bassline. Not easy to do and maintain a smooth house vibe as a beginner in the genre. I've tried house a little bit, and it's rather difficult to remain the sub-genre rather than getting into a techno, trance, or other electronic sub-genre. I think that you got it right. Minus the small vocal lines, it reminds me of older house music that I want to listen to way more. Hats are sometimes really dense and have a bit heavier reverb, and even flange and phaser variants, in house...but it's tricky to use those without disrupting the flow and retain a nice-sounding set of percussion layers. So, try another one because you did excellent with that one.
